CEDAR BEACH HOUSE

Cedar Beach House was a completely new build project.  The 2.2 acre lot was mostly cleared with mature trees spaced throughout and with an expansive view of a 9 acre preserve.  The proportions of the property called for a wide house [93'] but the design team kept the flow inside feeling comfortable.  Entering through a 4 1/2' x 8' lacquered pivot door immediately sets the tone for the house.  The dramatic tri-level, open riser, cantilevered staircase with post and cable railing is entirely custom.

For exterior living there is a beautiful screened porch with suspended biofuel fireplace.  The large back deck creates wonderful dining and living areas overlooking the 20' x 40' heated saltwater pool. A contemporary outdoor shower off the pool powder room completed the scene.
